Defined Terms

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ace346 website at https://ace346.org, the ace346 mobile application, and all associated products, features, and services provided by ace346.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ace346 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the ace346 Platform in your name.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your ace346 Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, free spins value, or other non-cashable incentives credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game available on the Platform, which supplement but do not override these Terms.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described in Section 7 of these Terms as being forbidden on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the ace346 Platform.

Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on ace346, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously had an ace346 account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an ace346 employee or contractor.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

Registration Process and Accuracy

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles ace346 to close your account immediately and withhold any balance pending investigation.

ace346 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a security review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active ace346 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be identified through our fraud detection systems. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, ace346 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or void any balances, and void any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

Deposits

ace346 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. ace346 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your ace346 balance within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Before any withdrawal can be processed, ace346 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated at the point of request — in most cases within 2 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on transaction volumes and verification status.

ace346 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or delay withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, transactions, and payouts on ace346 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ace346 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, subject to any applicable mobile banking transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

General Bonus Terms

ace346 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that offer only.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds, not as real-money balance, until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• ace346 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not hold more than one of the same promotional bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies solely to clear a bonus — constitutes Prohibited Activity and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.

Random Number Generation and Fairness

All games offered on ace346 that rely on random outcomes — including slots, Teen Patti, Lucky Dice, crash games, and virtual games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game studios. Game outcomes are statistically independent, meaning each result is not influenced by previous results. ace346 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all Return to Player (RTP) percentages are governed by the originating game studio.

Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

Sports betting markets — including all cricket fixtures covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to the specific bet settlement rules stated for each market. ace346 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or revise odds in the event of: data feed errors, match abandonment, rescheduling, player withdrawal, or other exceptional circumstances. Bets placed after an event has started in error will be voided. Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market.

Disconnections and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game session or bet placement, ace346 will make reasonable efforts to record and honour the game state at the point of interruption. However, ace346 cannot guarantee continuity of service and accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on your side, including but not limited to mobile network disruptions experienced by players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or any other location in Bangladesh. Game history records held on our servers are the authoritative record in the event of a dispute.

Strictly Forbidden Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace346 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one ace346 account.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ace346 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 4 of these Terms.

ace346's Right to Restrict Accounts

ace346 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) we have reason to believe that a Prohibited Activity has occurred; (b) the player fails to satisfy identity verification requirements; (c) we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons; or (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy. Where an account is closed for cause, ace346 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed without cause (at ace346's discretion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Self-Requested Closure

You may request to close your ace346 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any non-compliant bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the ace346 Platform — including but not limited to the ace346 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ace346 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ace346 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, ace346 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ace346 expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace346's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace346 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace346 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ace346 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gambling involves risk. It is possible to lose money when using the ace346 Platform. ace346 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

Your Personal Data

ace346 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Right to Amend

ace346 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
